Maiden Grass

Miscanthus sinensis 'Gracillimus

Size: 8  feet tall,

Habit: Upright clump.

Leaves: Strap like rising from a clump. Flat 3-4 feet long about 1/2 inch wide, tampered to a slender tip, and shortly serrate.

Culture: Full sun is the main requirement and most soils are suitable.

Utilization: Specimens,  foundation planting, screens, park settings, massings and small show gardens

Propagation: .  Division in spring.  More info on propagation.

Disease and Insects: None serious.

Climate Range: Zone 4-8
